10mm 3-Pin COB Corner Connector | Anticlockwise | Addressable or Tunable White | IP00
One anticlockwise corner for 10 mm COB tape with three pads. It is not the same part as the clockwise corner. For addressable tape or tunable white.
This corner turns the tape anticlockwise, following the arrow. The clockwise corner in this range turns the other way. The two are not interchangeable.
The lead is marked 22 AWG. On addressable tape, red is positive, yellow is data and white is 0 V. On tunable white, use the same three cores for positive, warm white and cool white, in the pad order on that reel. Do not treat yellow as data on tunable white, and do not copy the tail colours from a different reel. On addressable tape, the controller feeds the clip shown as the signal input.
For 10 mm COB tape with three pads at the cut. On addressable tape the pads are positive, data and 0 V. On tunable white the pads are positive, warm white and cool white. The clip joins those three pads in order.
It grips COB tape. It does not fit SMD strip, and it does not fit 12 mm tape. Single-colour COB with two pads, RGBW with five pins, and RGB+CCT with six pins each use their own clip.
The housing is open, IP00, for indoor use. The connector does not set the voltage. It passes through the supply on the tape, from 3 V to 24 V DC. The drawing shows a 24 V addressable reel, with the pads marked for data.
Addressable tape has a direction. The arrow on each piece must point the same way along the run. The data signal leaves the DO pad and enters the DI pad. If the arrows face each other, the next piece stays dark. Tunable white has no data direction. Match the three pads in order.
Peel the liner back at the cut, and clear any solder from the pads, before you close the clip.
