3-pin X-Connect pigtail pair for addressable LED pixel modules. Each pack is one male and one female connector, both 20 cm, on black 18AWG flat cable. Use them to join two pixel strings, add a spare input or output, or wire a controller / power feed onto the same X-Connect system used on Hi-Line WS2811 12V RGB pixel modules (Ref: HL-WS2811-RGB-50-12V).

The connectors use the same 3-pin X-Connect locking style as the in/out tails on our 50-node WS2811 pixel strings. Screw the locking nut up by hand until it is firm. Do not force or cross-thread.
Cable is 18AWG flat wire with a PVC jacket, specified as cold-resistant and UV-resistant — a better match for outdoor pixel runs than thin jumper wire.
How to identify the three wires (keep this next to you when you terminate)
The three cores sit side by side in a flat cable. They are not red / green / black — they look the same until you find the mark.
- White spot / mark on one outer wire = Ground (negative, minus, GND). This is the return.
- Middle wire = Data. This carries the pixel control signal (SPI).
- The other outer wire (no mark) = Positive (VCC, +12V on the matching pixel string).
Simple rule: mark = minus · middle = data · leftover = plus.
Do not swap ground and positive. A reversed supply can damage pixels and the controller. If data is on the wrong pin the string will stay dark or flicker. Match the same three positions on the next connector, the pixel string, and the controller output.

- Extra input tail from a WiFi SPI controller (HL-WT-SPI) or DMX-to-SPI decoder (HL-DS-L / HL-DS-WP)
- Join two 50-pixel strings without cutting factory tails
- Spare male or female if a factory end is damaged
- Short 20 cm service loop at a power-injection point
These pigtails are not a complete waterproof joint on their own. For outdoor work, keep the X-Connect nut fully tightened and seal the open solder / crimp ends and any unused connector. Power injection is still required on longer pixel runs — extra connectors do not remove voltage drop.
