RT10 — 4-zone colour remote, black
This is a battery handheld remote, not a dimmer and not a mains switch. The handset we stock is black. One remote runs up to four zones. Each zone is set to the kind of receiver it will control, so one handset can run a mix of single-colour, tunable white, RGB, RGBW, and RGB with tunable white.
The touch wheel changes colour or colour temperature for the zone you have selected. Press RGB or CCT to choose which the wheel does. Keys 1 to 4 select a zone: a short press turns that zone on, a press of about 2 seconds turns it off. Brightness steps through ten levels, or runs to the end of the range if you hold the key. Two scene keys, S1 and S2, recall a saved look. Hold a scene key for about 2 seconds to store it. The indicator shows green when the scene is stored.
Set the zone before you match it
Each zone has to be the same type as its receiver. Hold the zone key with the light-type key until the indicator stays green. The types are single colour, tunable white (warm and cool), RGB, RGBW, and RGB with tunable white. Then match that zone to the receiver. If the zone type and the receiver do not agree, the lamp will not follow the wheel.
Which controllers it works with
For RGB with tunable white, pair a zone with a Hi-Line 5-in-1 receiver: V5-L(WT), V5-L(WZ), WT5 or WZ5. Those same receivers also cover the other zone types. For tunable white only, V2-L is the 3-wire receiver and V2-S is the 2-wire receiver. For a single-colour zone, use a single-colour RF dimmer such as V1-L. For RGBW, V4-WPS is the usual receiver. T15 is the matching 4-zone wall panel. The 8-zone handheld for the same colour system is RS10.

Matching
On the receiver, give the Match key a short press, then immediately press the zone key. The lamp blinks three times when the pair is stored. One receiver can hold up to ten remotes. To clear every remote from a receiver, hold its Match key for 5 seconds until the lamp blinks five times.
