The HL-COB-CON-UNI-10 is a precision-engineered, solder-free connector designed for 10 mm wide COB LED strips and high-density (180–240 LEDs/m) single-colour SMD LED strips. Manufactured from high-strength polycarbonate with High-quality contact terminals, it ensures mechanical stability and low-resistance electrical performance.
This connector supports a wide range of configurations, including:
Straight joins for continuous runs
L-shape and T-shape layouts for corner and branch wiring
X-shape for cross-layout connections
Strip-to-wire links for flexible terminations
Corner power feeds where a wire is injected into a corner join
Under-join power injection for discreet feeding from below a strip connection
Mid-run power injection for long circuits, for example in a 10 m COB LED strip, injecting power at the middle minimises voltage drop and maintains uniform brightness along the full length
Complex multi-direction layouts where strips branch in more than one direction from a single point
The transparent housing provides immediate visual confirmation of LED pad and wire alignment, allowing polarity to be checked before closing. The robust clamping design ensures secure retention of both strip and wire, even in demanding installations.
Important: Always match polarity, positive to positive and negative to negative. Incorrect polarity will cause a short circuit and may damage the LED strip, driver, or controller.
