HL-DMX-HLB-4CH is a bare printed-circuit board for an installer who already works with DMX512 and with 700 mA constant-current LED modules. It is not a cased controller. Addressing, wiring and the choice of power supply are part of the installation.
It cannot drive an LED strip. Constant-voltage tape, COB tape, neon flex and pixel tape are the wrong load. Each output is a fixed 700 mA current. A strip on these terminals can damage the strip and the board.
One board drives one 700 mA constant-current RGBW module, with one colour on each channel. Do not put a second module on the same channel. This board is not a high-power driver for several modules.

The power supply is not included. The board accepts DC 5 to 36 V. The supply must suit the module, and it must be able to provide 700 mA on every channel that is on. Do not connect mains to this board.
The board uses four DMX512 addresses, starting at the address set on DIP switches 1 to 9: red, green, blue, then white. Switch 10 selects DMX or stand-alone. The output screws are printed W-, W+, B-, B+, G-, G+, R-, R+, V- and V+. Each colour has its own plus and minus. The DMX screws are marked D+, D- and G. Connect the DC supply to the screws marked V- and V+. Follow the marks printed on the board. The attached manual sets out the wiring, the address switches and the stand-alone colours.
The board is marked 82 × 68 mm. It is an open board. Fit it in an enclosure before it is left powered. It is not for wet or outdoor locations.
