No 3M tape. This silicone sleeve is supplied without double-sided adhesive. A bare reel is not a missing part. Installers often want 3M because it is quick to fit. On this cover, acrylic tape sticks to the wall and lets go of the silicone, which is why the reel is supplied this way. If a red liner is still on the reel, peel it off. It is not the mount, and glue on that liner does not fix it. Mount the sleeve with DOWSIL 7091, white, 310 ml. The 45 g tube HL-706TM only seals a cut end and its cap. HL-COB-AMBER-IP67-24V-5M — 5 m 24 V amber / orange COB in silicone tube
Same amber / orange COB (604 nm) as the indoor reel, in a clear silicone tube. Amber is a single wavelength, so it is not named as a white colour temperature. A colour-temperature meter on this reel read about 1492 K. IP67 for splash, wet bars and outdoor-covered runs. 5 m, 24 V. Not a neon extrusion and not the open IP00 tape.
