100 W DALI-2 DT6/DT8 constant-voltage driver, 24 V
HL-DALI-DT8-CV-100W-24V-IP67 is a 100 W constant-voltage LED driver for 24 V strip. The 24 V output is 24 V DC ± 0.6 V, 4.2 A maximum, 100 W maximum, and it can be loaded anywhere from 0 W to 100 W. Two independent SELV channels share one three-core LED lead, common anode. The housing is IP67, 317 × 35 × 18 mm, and the driver weighs 465 g ± 10 g.
DT6 is the dimming mode for a single-colour strip: the bus sets brightness. DT8 is the tunable-white mode: the same class of DALI-2 control sets brightness and colour temperature together. The colour-temperature range is 2700 K to 6500 K. The driver is a constant-power design, so a change of colour temperature holds the same brightness.

Where DALI and Push DIM/CCT are both connected, the driver reads DALI first, then Push DIM/CCT. 0–10 V and 1–10 V are not given a priority. Dimming does not operate when the supply is DC. The output is PWM at 4000 Hz, with no strobe. That 4000 Hz output sits in the high-frequency exemption region of IEEE 1789. The flicker chart marks the exemption from 3125 Hz, and the plotted point on the chart is 3500 Hz. Dimming is 0–100%, with a start level and a dimming depth of 0.1%.
This driver is not a mains phase-cut dimmer. Leading-edge and trailing-edge are not control inputs.
Push DIM and Push CCT
Each function uses a retractive switch.
Push DIM. A short press turns the light on or off. A long press dims steplessly. The next long press reverses the direction. When the light is turned on, it returns to the brightness that was set last.
Push CCT. A short press steps the colour temperature. A long press changes the colour temperature steplessly, and the next long press reverses the direction. A short press on the Push DIM switch returns both brightness and colour temperature to the values that were set last.
The number of colour-temperature steps is not stated, and separate Kelvin figures are not given. The working range remains 2700 K to 6500 K.
Output wiring
The LED lead is three-core, common anode, for a tunable-white strip. Warm and cool are the two SELV channels. Dimming runs 0–100%, and colour temperature runs 2700 K to 6500 K. The datasheet drawing shows an earlier lead arrangement. The colours printed on the housing are the ones to use.

Other leads
The mains lead, the DALI/DIM lead and the LED lead are each 0.75 mm², three-core, 250 mm. DALI leaves the input end. The 0–10 V and 1–10 V cores leave the output end, in the colours above.

Connect live, neutral and earth to the supply. Use the DALI pair for a DALI line. The retractive switches use the Push DIM and Push CCT terminals on the input end. The 0–10 V and 1–10 V signal uses the white, orange and grey cores at the output end. The load and the control method belong to the installation.

The stated use is internal lighting in Class I, Class II and Class III luminaires. The enclosure rating is IP67.
