No 3M tape. This silicone sleeve is supplied without double-sided adhesive. A bare reel is not a missing part. Installers often want 3M because it is quick to fit. On this cover, acrylic tape sticks to the wall and lets go of the silicone, which is why the reel is supplied this way. If a red liner is still on the reel, peel it off. It is not the mount, and glue on that liner does not fix it. Mount the sleeve with DOWSIL 7091, white, 310 ml. The 45 g tube HL-706TM only seals a cut end and its cap. The watts per metre on this page are the total for every channel together. The common positive, usually the black wire, carries that whole current. Each colour return carries only its own share.
