No 3M tape. This silicone sleeve is supplied without double-sided adhesive. A bare reel is not a missing part. Installers often want 3M because it is quick to fit. On this cover, acrylic tape sticks to the wall and lets go of the silicone, which is why the reel is supplied this way. If a red liner is still on the reel, peel it off. It is not the mount, and glue on that liner does not fix it. Mount the sleeve with DOWSIL 7091, white, 310 ml. The 45 g tube HL-706TM only seals a cut end and its cap. The watts per metre on this page are the total for every channel together. The common positive, usually the black wire, carries that whole current. Each colour return carries only its own share. Connector length, and the cross-section of any long feed, are set by the common wire. Our 12mm (FCP width) LED strips are powered by 3oz high copper flexible PCB, which makes it possible to maintain a cooler operating temperature despite very high brightness. This also ensures less voltage drop, which is useful for installations which require longer runs; up to 10m can be powered from one end only, without causing a noticeable reduction in brightness. Overall, 12mm results in a longer lifespan of the LED strip, with a consistently strong performance throughout.

This new design of RGBW LED strip integrates all 3 primary colours (Red/Green/Blue) + Warm White in a single RGBW LED chip. Due to this innovative design (quad 4 in 1 chip), the strip is brighter than conventional RGB + W strips, which have one chip for RGB and another one for white.
The RGBW LED strips are powered by high quality quad SMD5050 LED chips. The brightness of each chip is 20 lumens.
The power consumption is 14.4W per meter, which means an average of 3.6W per colour per meter.

3-year warranty
Please do NOT connect more than 10 meters of a LED strip in series. A LED strip of more than 10 meters in length is overloaded due to the increased amount of current passing through, resulting in the damage of the PCB and the failure of the LED strip.
This strip must be connected with a constant voltage 24 Volts DC LED Driver.
