This 2m LED profile extrusion features an innovative PMMA optic lens cover, allowing you to adjust the beam angle to 10°, 30°, 60°, or 90° by repositioning the aluminium components within pre-set slots. This design offers flexibility for various lighting applications, whether you need a focused beam or a broader light spread.
The profile accommodates LED strips up to 12mm in width, with overall dimensions of L2000 × W17 × H19.9 mm. The kit also includes two end caps for a clean finish. Please ensure to slide the lens diffuser into place carefully, or handle it with caution during installation to avoid potential damage.

Installation Tips and Beam Adjustment
To achieve different beam angles, follow these steps:
10° Beam Angle: Remove the aluminium mounting bar entirely and install the LED strip directly at the bottom of the profile.
30° Beam Angle: Insert the aluminium bar into the lowest slot and mount the LED strip on it.
60-90° Beam Angle: Move the aluminium bar to the next higher slot.
Beam Angle Guidance (60° to 90° Range Clarification):
The image above shows four beam angle examples (10°, 30°, 60°, and 90°). Please note that the 60° and 90° angles are achieved within the same lens and mounting slot, simply by adjusting the LED strip’s exact position. There is no separate lens for 60° or 90° — it’s one optic, and this variation depends on strip placement.
This means the beam angle at that position is not fixed but can fall anywhere between 60° and 90°, depending on whether the LED is installed slightly off-centre or more centrally. It is not possible to guarantee a specific beam angle like exactly 60° or 90°, and results will also vary depending on the LED strip width. For example, 12 mm strips cannot be repositioned effectively, and even with 8 mm strips it may take time and may still not be exact.
If your project requires a precise 60° or 90° beam, this profile is not recommended, as it cannot deliver fixed or repeatable output at those specific angles. A dedicated profile designed for fixed optics would be more suitable.
This method allows for fine-tuning of the beam angle based on your specific needs.
