The 10m COB Dotless Tunable White LED Strip is designed for extended installations where colour flexibility and seamless light output are essential. With 640 LEDs per metre on a 24V PCB, this strip produces a smooth, flicker-free light line across its full length. The tunable white range from 2700K to 6500K allows precise adjustment between warm and cool tones, while the CRI90+ rating ensures natural and accurate colour rendering.
Unlike cheaper designs that rely on dual-chip COB LEDs, this strip uses dedicated single-chip phosphor LEDs per point. This avoids the colour imbalance and uneven blending found in low-cost alternatives. The resistors are mounted externally on the PCB, improving thermal regulation and extending service life.
Dotless Illumination Explained
Dotless means that the individual LED points are no longer visible, creating the effect of a continuous light line without the need for a diffuser. On single-colour COB strips, all LEDs are identical and operate together. For example, 528 LEDs per metre running simultaneously create a completely uniform, dot-free line of light. On this tunable white COB strip, the density of 640 LEDs per metre is split into 320 warm white and 320 cool white LEDs. The effect is highly uniform when both channels are blended, for example around 4000K. When only one channel is active, the line remains smooth thanks to the high density, though it is not as seamless as single-colour COB. On RGB or RGBW COB strips, the perceived dotless quality depends on how many colour channels are active and mixed together.
This explanation sets the right expectations: while tunable white COB delivers excellent uniformity, the most dotless effect appears when both channels are running together.
Performance and Power
Each channel, warm and cool, produces around 800 lumens per metre, achieving an efficacy of approximately 100 lm/W. Power consumption is 15W per metre, making the strip suitable for high-output applications.
For longer runs, electrical planning is critical. The full 10m roll must not be powered from a single end. Each 5m section should be connected directly to the LED driver or controller in parallel, ensuring even current distribution, stable brightness, and protection against overheating.

Extended cover requires a full review of the project including technical design, installation details, environment and installer credentials, and may reach up to 7 Years in carefully approved cases.
Installation Notes
This LED strip must always be mounted onto aluminium profiles or other heat-sinking surfaces for correct cooling. Parallel power feeds are required for lengths longer than 5m to avoid voltage drop. Drivers must be correctly sized to support the load at 15W per metre. The strip can be cut only at the 50mm marked intervals.
