The TF-150-24 is a 24VDC dimming constant voltage LED driver designed specifically for single colour LED strips and other single channel LED lighting applications. It supports both leading-edge Triac and trailing-edge ELV phase-cut mains dimming, as well as Push to Make switch control for on/off switching and smooth, flicker-free dimming. With a dimming voltage range of 40–220VAC and built-in active power factor correction (PFC), it delivers efficient, stable, and reliable performance.
This type of driver is ideal when you want to dim your LED strips directly from a compatible mains dimmer switch (for example a wall-mounted rotary dimmer) or via a Push to Make wall switch. A Push to Make switch is a standard 240V AC momentary (non-latching) switch, sometimes also referred to as a bell switch. It does not carry the LED load, instead it sends a low-current live control signal into the driver alongside the live and neutral supply. The driver itself manages the dimming and switching of the LED load, meaning there is no need for a heavy-duty dimmer module. Multiple drivers can also be connected to the same Push to Make switch for synchronised dimming without additional wiring.
If you are controlling your LED strips using a wireless RF LED controller, a 24V wall-mounted dimmer panel, or any other low-voltage control method, a non-dimmable 24V driver will be sufficient. However, you can still use this dimmable driver with an LED controller without any issue, it will simply operate at full power with dimming handled by the controller.
The TF-150-24 delivers a maximum output power of 150W with an output current of 6.25A, offering a dimming range from 0% to 100% via 4kHz PWM output. It includes protection against short-circuit, over-temperature, over-load and over-voltage, with automatic recovery after the fault is cleared.
Its Class II design ensures SELV safety ultra-low voltage operation, making it suitable for indoor LED lighting in commercial, domestic, retail, display, hospitality, educational, healthcare and warehouse environments. The driver combines high efficiency with dependable build quality, operating within ambient temperatures from -20°C to 45°C. It comes with a standard 3-year Hi-Line warranty, with an optional extension to 5 years available upon request.
