Pixel LED Strip individually addressable RGBW 5V 14.4W/m IP00 5m roll - 60 LEDs/meter (RGB+4000K / Quad chip)

Chipset used: SK6812 (one per chip) - RGBW 4 in 1 full colour LED individually addressable 60 pixels per meter.

LED strip comes with a 15cm wire ending on each side of the strip roll. Therefore, no extra soldering is required if the roll should be cut into 2 different pieces (i.e. 3 meters + 2 meters).

Fitted with an easy to install original 3M adhesive tape with excellent adhesion.

Warning:
Pixel tapes should only be installed by professionals.
Unlike standard RGBW tape, each LED has its own chip (SK6812) which enables it to be controlled individually. 5V power injection will be required to avoid voltage drop and specialised external controllers and programming will be required.

5-year warranty

Questions / Answers

How many DMX channels are there per pixel tape ?
1 Pixel = 4 DMX Channels (RGBW) = 1 "dot" = 1 RGBW LED chip

30 RGBW LEDs/m pixel tape x 5 metre reel = 150 pixels (150 pixels x 4) = 600 DMX channels
60 RGBW LEDs/m pixel tape x 5 metre reel = 300 pixels (300 pixels x 4) = 1200 DMX channels

What controller do I need ?
Any pixel LED controller that supports SK6812

Why your pixel strips use only 3 wires/terminals ?
Hi-Line's pixel digital LED strip family requires only using one data line (no clock required). In total together with power will be 3 wires.

Why does my pixel tape flicker at the end?
This occurs because of voltage drop along the LED tape when attempting to power too long of a strip. It is best to determine the maximum possible length of run before voltage drop will begin to affect and to inject 5V power where needed.
